Recipe:
3 ounces Michelada Love
2 ounces Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Ground Red Chile Pepper
2 teaspoons Granulated Garlic, dry spice
1 teaspoon Granulated Onion, dry spice
1/2 Tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon Coarse Ground Black Pepper
2.5 pounds Chicken or Steak or Pork
Directions:
Place all above ingredients, minus the meat, into a mixing bowl and mix together.
Add 2.5 pounds of chosen meat to marinade and mix and rub until all surfaces are covered.
Let meat marinade 8 to 24 hours.
Char-Grill and chop for tacos!
