This is the perfect marinade for steak, pork or chicken tacos!
3 ounces Michelada Love
2 ounces Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon each Orange and Lime Juice
2 Tablespoons Ground Red Chile Pepper
2 teaspoons Granulated Garlic, dry spice
1 teaspoon Granulated Onion, dry spice
1/2 Tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ground Coarse Black Pepper
2.5 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken, Pork or thinly sliced Steak like flank, skirt, or arrachera.
Mix marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
Add Chicken or Steak and mix well.
Marinate 12-24 hours.
Char-Grill until cooked and chop into bite-size pieces.
