1 12 ounce Beer, from Japan or Mexico
3 ounces Michelada Love
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Homemade Panzu Sauce, or other
1 teaspoon Tōgarashi Spice Mix
Rim a Pint Glass with Tōgarashi Spice
Add Michelada Love, Lemon Juice and Ponzu to glass
Pour beer into glass and gently stir a few times
Garnish with lemon and sprinkle more Tōgarashi on top
