Bourbon Bacon Bloody
This delicious cocktail is from Biscuits and Bourbon on Water Street in Henderson. They use Michelada Love as the base for their house Bloody Mary mix. Not exactly sure what they put in the recipe but this is my best guess.
Recipe:
Fills a 14 or 16 ounce glass jar.
4 ounces Michelada Love
2-3 ounces Bourbon, like Jim Beam
1.5 teaspoons Pickle Juice
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
3 Dashes Worcestershire sauce
Lots of Ice
Directions:
Place above ingredients into a bar shaker.
Shake a couple times and pour into a tall glass.
Garnish:
2 strips of cooked Bacon
A skewer of olives, cheese, tomato and lemon.
