2.5 Pounds Beef, like Brisket, Chuck or Tri-Tip
1 Tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
1/2 Cup Michelada Love
1/2 Cup favorite BBQ Sauce
1/2 Cup Beef or Chicken Stock
1/2 Onion, sliced thin
Place beef into crock pot
Sprinkle both sides with steak seasoning
Add remaining ingredients to pot
Cover and cook until meat is tender
Cooking on medium-high takes about 4.5 hours
Remove meat from crock pot onto a dinner plate
Strain liquid/sauce into a bowl
You can save the onions or toss them out
Let meat and liquid cool for about half an hour
Next:
Cover meat and place into refrigerator for 2 hours
Place liquid (sauce) into the freezer for 2 hours
Remove sauce from freezer
Remove hardened fat from top of the sauce
Place sauce into large pan and heat on the stove
Let sauce cook and reduce a little
Slice meat as thinly as you can
Place meat into sauce and gently heat
When meat is hot taste for seasoning
It may need a little salt and pepper
Serve meat over a slice of bread or inside a bun
Drizzle more sauce as needed.
